The Author

Pee Wee the Kiwi is Blair’s first children book. He was inspired to write Pee Wee the Kiwi after seeing the joy that children got when they read Mem Fox’s classic Green sheep (which also comes with a free toy). Blair enjoys the natural beauty of New Zealand and its native birds which is reflected in this story. Blair is looking forward to releasing another book this year.

The Illustrator

Cheryl has worked in the graphic design industry for many years now, starting off in typesetting and working her way to becoming the design manager at Reed Publishing. She is now in her ‘element’ as a freelance designer, working with various clients from publishers to individuals, to small businesses and corporate companies. She has a passion for illustration, especially children’s books but is more than willing to give anything a go!
